Bringing A New Look To Designer Watch Retailer
NewHall Watches specialise in sourcing new genuine designer watches at some of the best prices online. When they came to us, they were performing well on Amazon and eBay but their own eCommerce site wasn’t getting the results they wanted.
We were given the job of completely overhauling their existing Shopify website with a ‘designer’ look and feel; making the site more appealing to customers.

Our first task was to find a suitable Shopify theme to use as a starting point for the new site. We identified a theme which had a clean visual style we could work with along with features that matched our technical requirements. From there, we heavily customised the theme to achieve a visual style that matched our clients vision.
The old site lacked a consistent visual style and the branding didn’t really reflect the designer brands on offer. We created a stylish new logo for NewHall along with some simple brand guidelines that ensure the new site is attractive to a design-conscious audience. We also created a range of eye-catching graphics and banners across the site.
We added to the functionality of the site by integrating several Shopify Apps. We used the Ultimate Sales Boost App to show customers how long they had left to order to qualify for next day delivery, which helps to instill urgency into potential buyers. The TawkTo live chat App was installed to improve customer service options. Finally, we integrated a TrustPilot widget to encourage customers to leave reviews.
