Before the training, we'll talk to you about what you want to get out of the session. Then we'll tailor the training content to what you want to learn about. Want to get more Twitter followers? Want to find out which channels would work best for your business? We'll cover what you want to know.
Individuals & Small Groups
Our sessions are typically for 1 - 4 people so you get plenty of individual attention and opportunity to ask questions. We find that smaller groups work better for learning and encourage people to get involved. A session takes 3 - 4 hours and can be done in a morning or an afternoon at our office or a venue of your choice.
Best Practice Techniques
We're experienced in marketing across all major social channels, which means we can pass on our best practice techniques to you. We won't just show you how to use the tools, we'll show you how to create engaging content, and how best to interact with your audience.
Practical, Actionable Advice
During our sessions, we'll give you actionable advice which you can use to improve your own social media presence. We can even work on your live accounts during the session should you wish. We'll also provide you with a personalised worksheet to take away with ideas you can use on your accounts.
All Bases Covered
We can cover all major social channels during a session - you just let us know which ones you'd like to focus on. These include Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and Google +. If you don't know which channels would be best for your target audience, then we can advise you on this.
Beginner To Expert
We can provide training for people with all levels of experience. We can show beginners the basics, such as how to set up a profile and how to use the tools, whilst we can go into more depth for more experienced users and talk on a more strategic level.
